Account Deletion Instructions.

To ensure the deletion of your account, please follow these detailed instructions.

Deleting Your Account via Email

  • Begin by composing a new email using your preferred email client or service.
  • In the recipient field, enter the email address: connect@sip24seven.com.
  • Set the subject of the email to Delete Account.
  • In the body of the email, please provide the following details:
    1. Your email address used to create the account: [Your Email Address].
    2. A clear and concise request to delete your account. You can simply state, “Please delete my account.”
  • Once you have filled in the required information, click the Send button to dispatch the email.
  • Your account deletion request will be processed promptly. Please allow up to 5 working days for the complete removal of your account from our system.
  • After the specified period, you will receive a confirmation email notifying you that your account has been successfully deleted.

Deleting Your Account via the Mobile App

  • Open the Sip24Seven mobile app on your device.
  • From the bottom navigation bar, tap on the Profile tab.
  • Select Account Settings.
  • Tap on the Delete Account option.
  • You will be redirected to your default email application.

In the email:

  • The recipient address will be pre-filled as connect@sip24seven.com
  • The subject will be set to Delete Account

Please ensure the email includes:

  • Your registered email address: [Your Email Address]
  • A request stating: “Please delete my account.”
  • Send the email to submit your account deletion request.
  • Your request will be processed within 5 working days, and you will receive a confirmation email once your account has been successfully deleted.
