To ensure the deletion of your account, please follow these detailed instructions.
Deleting Your Account via Email
- Begin by composing a new email using your preferred email client or service.
- In the recipient field, enter the email address: connect@sip24seven.com.
- Set the subject of the email to Delete Account.
- In the body of the email, please provide the following details:
1. Your email address used to create the account: [Your Email Address].
2. A clear and concise request to delete your account. You can simply state, “Please delete my account.” - Once you have filled in the required information, click the Send button to dispatch the email.
- Your account deletion request will be processed promptly. Please allow up to 5 working days for the complete removal of your account from our system.
- After the specified period, you will receive a confirmation email notifying you that your account has been successfully deleted.

Deleting Your Account via the Mobile App
- Open the Sip24Seven mobile app on your device.
- From the bottom navigation bar, tap on the Profile tab.
- Select Account Settings.
- Tap on the Delete Account option.
- You will be redirected to your default email application.
In the email:
- The recipient address will be pre-filled as connect@sip24seven.com
- The subject will be set to Delete Account
Please ensure the email includes:
- Your registered email address: [Your Email Address]
- A request stating: “Please delete my account.”
- Send the email to submit your account deletion request.
- Your request will be processed within 5 working days, and you will receive a confirmation email once your account has been successfully deleted.
