Terms & Conditions
This Terms and Conditions Agreement is executed between MKS Partners LLP, having its corporate office at T-01 Rayaba Building, Vidhate Park, Aundh, Pune 411007, being the owner and operator of the digital investment platform SiP24Seven (hereinafter referred to as "the Platform")
AND
The individual registering on the SiP24Seven website, mobile application, or any associated digital platform (hereinafter referred to as "the User" / "the Investor")
The Platform and the User are hereinafter collectively referred to as the "Parties".

1. Acceptance of Terms
- The User hereby acknowledges that access to and use of the Platform is subject to acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
- By using the Platform, the User expressly agrees that they have read, understood, and accepted this Agreement in its entirety.
- If the User does not agree with any part of these Terms, the User must immediately discontinue the use of the Platform and its services.
- Continued use of the Platform after any modifications or updates to these Terms shall be deemed as acceptance of such revised Terms.
2. Legal Nature of Agreement
- This Agreement constitutes an electronic record in terms of the Information Technology Act, 2000 and does not require any physical or digital signature for its validity or enforceability.
- The User's act of accessing, registering, or using the Platform shall be deemed sufficient evidence of acceptance of this Agreement.
- This Agreement shall be read in conjunction with applicable laws, including regulations issued by SEBI, AMFI, and other competent regulatory authorities from time to time.
3. Nature of Services
- The Platform operates as a Mutual Fund Distributor and provides access to mutual fund schemes as part of its mutual fund distribution services through the Platform.
- The Platform enables Users to carry out mutual fund-related transactions such as investments, redemptions, switches, and Systematic Investment Plans (SIPs) through authorized channels and intermediaries.
- The User acknowledges that the Platform acts only as an intermediary facilitating transactions between the User and Asset Management Companies (AMCs), and does not assume any fiduciary role or provide investment advice.
- The Platform does not provide investment advice, portfolio management services, or financial planning services, and any information provided on the Platform is for general informational purposes only.
- The Platform displays its ARN (AMFI registration number) and valid NISM certification details.
4. User Eligibility
- The User hereby confirms that they are at least 18 years of age and are legally competent to enter into binding contracts under the Indian Contract Act, 1872.
- The User represents that they are not restricted or prohibited by any law from accessing or using financial services offered through the Platform.
- The User agrees that they are using the Platform voluntarily and at their own discretion.
- All investments are subject to the completion of KYC (Know Your Customer) requirements as per KRA (KYC Registration Agency) norms.
- The Platform accepts investments from Resident individuals, NRIs (Non-Resident Indians) and residents of restricted jurisdictions (e.g., USA/Canada, which often have specific FATCA/CRS compliance needs) who have a valid KYC with the KRA and have completed all essential compliance formalities.
5. User Responsibilities
- The User shall ensure that all information provided during registration and usage of the Platform is true, accurate, complete, and updated.
- The User shall be solely responsible for maintaining confidentiality of login credentials, passwords, and account access details.
- The User agrees to comply with all applicable laws, rules, and regulatory requirements while using the Platform and undertaking investment-related activities.
- All investments made by users/investors must originate from the investor's verified bank account. Third-party payments are strictly prohibited.
6. Investment Risk Disclosure
- The User acknowledges that investments in mutual fund schemes and other financial products are subject to market risks, including the risk of loss of capital.
- The User understands that past performance of any scheme is not indicative of future results.
- The Platform does not guarantee returns, performance, or safety of investments made through the Platform.
- All investment decisions are made solely by the User based on their own assessment, understanding, and discretion.
7. Intellectual Property Rights
- All content available on the Platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, design, logos, software, reports, and data, is the exclusive intellectual property of the Platform.
- The User shall not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, transmit, or commercially exploit any part of the Platform without prior written permission of the Platform.
- Any unauthorized use of intellectual property shall entitle the Platform to take appropriate legal action.
8. Security and Platform Usage
- The User agrees not to engage in any activity that may compromise the security, integrity, or functionality of the Platform.
- Any unauthorized access, misuse of credentials, hacking attempts, or disruption of services is strictly prohibited.
- The Platform shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorized access due to User negligence.
9. Termination of Access
- The Platform reserves the right to suspend or terminate User access to the Platform in case of breach of this Agreement, misuse of services, or regulatory non-compliance.
- Upon termination, all rights granted to the User under this Agreement shall immediately cease.
- The Platform may also restrict access temporarily for security, maintenance, or regulatory reasons.
10. Limitation of Liability
- The Platform shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of or inability to use the Platform.
- The Platform does not guarantee uninterrupted, timely, or error-free operation of the Platform and shall not be responsible for technical disruptions beyond its control.
11. Indemnity
- The User agrees to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless the Platform from and against any claims, losses, liabilities, or damages arising out of misuse of the Platform or breach of this Agreement.
12. Force Majeure
- The Platform shall not be liable for failure or delay in performance arising from events beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, cyber incidents, system failures, governmental actions, or network disruptions.
13. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
- This Agreement shall be governed and interpreted in accordance with the laws of India.
- The courts at Pune, Maharashtra shall have exclusive jurisdiction over all disputes arising out of or in connection with this Agreement.
14. Amendments
- The Platform reserves the right to amend, modify, or update this Agreement at its sole discretion.
- Continued use of the Platform after such modifications shall constitute acceptance of the revised Terms.
Privacy Policy Agreement
This Privacy Policy Agreement is executed between MKS Partners LLP, having its corporate office at T-01 Rayaba Building, Vidhate Park, Aundh, Pune 411007, being the owner and operator of the digital investment platform SiP24Seven (hereinafter referred to as "the Platform")

1. Collection of Information
The Platform collects information from the User for the purpose of providing its services.
- The Platform may collect personal information including name, contact details, identity details, and other relevant information required for onboarding and service delivery.
- The Platform may collect financial and transactional information in relation to investments made through the Platform.
- The Platform may automatically collect certain technical information such as usage details, device information, and access logs for operational and security purposes.
2. Use of Information
The Platform uses the collected information for the following purposes:
- To provide access to the Platform and facilitate transactions.
- To maintain records and improve services and user experience.
- To communicate with the User regarding services, updates, and other relevant matters.
3. Sharing of Information
The Platform may share information in the following circumstances:
- With Asset Management Companies (AMCs) and other financial institutions for processing transactions.
- With regulatory authorities or government bodies as required under applicable laws.
- With third-party service providers engaged by the Platform for operational and support purposes.
4. Data Security
The Platform undertakes to implement reasonable security practices and procedures to protect User information.
- The Platform takes appropriate measures to safeguard information against unauthorised access, disclosure, or misuse.
- However, the Platform does not guarantee absolute security of information transmitted through electronic means.
5. Confidentiality
The Platform maintains confidentiality of User information.
- Information shall not be disclosed except as permitted under this Policy or required by law.
- The Platform expects Users to maintain confidentiality of their login credentials and account-related information.
6. Cookies and Usage Data
The Platform may use cookies or similar technologies.
- Such technologies are used to improve functionality, analyse usage, and enhance user experience.
- Users may manage or disable such features through their browser or device settings, subject to limitations in functionality.
7. Electronic Record
This Policy constitutes an electronic record under the Information Technology Act, 2000.
- Continued use of the Platform shall be deemed as acceptance of this Policy.
8. Changes to Policy
The Platform reserves the right to modify this Policy at any time.
- Any changes shall become effective upon being updated on the Platform.
- Continued use of the Platform shall constitute acceptance of such changes.

User Consent & Data Agreement
This User Consent & Data Agreement ("Consent Agreement") is executed between MKS Partners LLP, having its corporate office at T-01 Rayaba Building, Vidhate Park, Aundh, Pune 411007, being the owner and operator of the digital investment platform SiP24Seven (hereinafter referred to as "the Platform")

The individual registering on the SiP24Seven website, mobile application, or any associated digital platform (hereinafter referred to as "the User" / "the Investor")
The Platform and the User are hereinafter collectively referred to as the "Parties".

1. User Declaration and Eligibility
The User hereby declares and confirms that:
- The User hereby declares that they are above 18 years of age and are legally competent to enter into a binding agreement under applicable laws in India.
- The User confirms that all personal, financial, and other information provided on the Platform is true, complete, and accurate to the best of their knowledge.
- The User undertakes to promptly update any changes in their personal details, contact information, or financial information as may be required for continued use of the services.
- The User acknowledges that providing incorrect or incomplete information may result in denial, suspension, or termination of services by the Platform.
2. Consent for Collection and Verification of Information
The User hereby consents to the collection and processing of the following categories of data:
- The User hereby provides consent to the Platform to collect, store, and verify personal and financial information for the purpose of providing services through the Platform.
- Such information may include identity details, contact details, financial information, and other relevant data required for onboarding and service delivery.
- The User further consents to the Platform verifying such information through appropriate channels, including regulatory or authorised agencies, in accordance with applicable laws and guidelines issued by SEBI, AMFI, and other authorities.
3. Consent for Usage and Sharing of Information
The User gives explicit consent to the Platform sharing their data with the following categories of recipients, strictly on a need-to-know basis:
- The User agrees that the Platform may use the information provided by the User for the purpose of: (a) providing access to the Platform and related services; (b) processing transactions and maintaining records; (c) improving the quality of services and user experience.
- The User further agrees that such information may be shared, on a need-to-know basis, with: (a) Asset Management Companies (AMCs) and other financial institutions for processing transactions; (b) regulatory authorities or government bodies as required under applicable laws; (c) third-party service providers engaged by the Platform for operational and support purposes.
- The Platform shall take reasonable steps to ensure that such information is handled in a secure and confidential manner.
4. Investment Understanding and Acknowledgement
The User hereby acknowledges and agrees that:
- The User acknowledges that the Platform is engaged in the business of Mutual Fund Distribution and does not provide investment advice.
- The User understands that all information made available on the Platform is general in nature and is not intended to constitute investment advice, recommendation, or solicitation.
- The User agrees that all investment decisions are taken at their own discretion and risk.
- The User further acknowledges that investments in mutual funds and other financial products are subject to market risks and that they have understood the associated risks before making any investment.
5. Electronic Record and Consent
The User hereby acknowledges and agrees that:
- This Agreement constitutes an electronic record under the provisions of the Information Technology Act, 2000 and does not require any physical or digital signature.
- The User's access to and use of the Platform shall be deemed to constitute valid acceptance of this Agreement.
- The User agrees that all transactions, instructions, and communications carried out through the Platform shall be treated as legally valid and binding.
6. Communication Consent
The User hereby consents to receiving communications from the Platform.
- The User agrees to receive communications from the Platform in connection with the use of the Platform and services provided, including transaction updates, service notifications, and other relevant information.
- Such communications may be made through electronic modes including email, SMS, or application-based notifications.
7. Acceptance of Terms
The User hereby confirms that:
- By accessing or using the Platform, the User confirms that they have read, understood, and agreed to the terms of this Agreement.
- If the User does not agree with the terms of this Agreement, they are advised not to use the Platform or avail any services provided by the Platform.
Account Deletion Instructions
At SiP24Seven, we respect your right to request the deletion of your account and personal data. Users cannot delete their account directly through the mobile application. To delete your account, you must submit a deletion request through the app or by email.
Request account deletion through the app
- Open the SiP24Seven mobile app.
- Go to Profile > Account > Delete Account.
- Select the reason for account deletion.
- Submit the request. The app will generate an email request to connect@sip24seven.com.

Please include the following information in your email:
- Your full name
- Your registered mobile number
- Your registered email address
- A clear request stating: "Please delete my SiP24Seven account."
Processing time
Once we receive your request, our support team will verify the account details and process the deletion request.
- Account deletion requests are processed within 5 working days.
- You will receive a confirmation email once the deletion process has been completed.
What data will be deleted
Upon successful processing of your request, we will delete or anonymize your personal information associated with your SiP24Seven account, including:
- Profile information
- Contact details
- Login credentials
- App usage data associated with your account
Data that may be retained
Certain information may be retained where required by applicable Indian laws, SEBI regulations, AMFI guidelines, anti-money laundering requirements, taxation laws, or other regulatory obligations. This may include transaction records, investment-related records, KYC information, and audit logs that must be maintained for legal and compliance purposes.
Retained data will only be kept for the period required by applicable law and regulatory requirements.
